Return Policy
Returns are limited to damaged and defective product only. All orders have a standard 14 day return period from the time your order is placed. Return requests that are more than 14 days from the order date will not be accepted. Please contact us for return requests.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will make it right through either refund, store credit or replacement.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns/Exchanges
If you order the wrong size or product please contact us and we will be happy to help you exchange it for the right item.
You are also welcome to return an item that you just don't like. It must be unopened/unused, in the original packaging, and within 14 days from the order date. Shipping will not be refunded in this case.
We will process the store credit or refund once we receive the package at our return facility. It may take one week after it is delivered to use to be checked into our system.

Replacements
If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you and there is no need to return the item. You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We can provide a 50% store credit towards a new one or a 50% refund.
If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, it will be refused by the manufacturer and the mail carrier will then destroy it. We can provide a 50% store credit towards a new one or a 50% refund.
Order Cancellation
All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.
International Shipping
Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
